3 Chinese children's books about mooncakes fall and mid-autumn festival

Celebrate Fall with Our Mid-Autumn Festival Book Bundle

It's early September and I'm slightly mourning the end of the summer BUT I'm excited for fall! There's nothing quite like a New England autumn (as long as the weather holds up) - changing leaves, apple picking, and pumpkin spice doughnuts, not to mention the Mid-Autumn Festival and mooncakes!

As a child, I used to dread eating mooncakes - they were so dense and I didn't love the egg yolks. In college, I realized how fun it could be to celebrate with friends, my chosen family, and even introduced non-Chinese friends to the holiday. Plus, now that I buy my own mooncakes, I tend to buy red bean or lotus seed paste mooncakes in (NO EGG YOLKS) Chinatown or Costco and enjoy those a lot more.

I’m so excited to introduce our Fall and Mid-Autumn Festival Book Bundle ($48), three beautifully illustrated Chinese picture books in Simplified Chinese (separate print out pinyin guide included) that bring the magic of autumn and Mid-Autumn Festival traditions to life. You can purchase each book separately, but you'll save if you purchase the 3 book bundle :)
