I am first generation Chinese American and a new mom to a 6 week old. Despite being fairly fluent and having a Chinese teacher for a mom, I was having a hard time knowing where to find good Mandarin kids books, especially in simplified Chinese. The Amazon selection was underwhelming at best.
I was introduced to Lotus Leaf and have been really impressed with the selection and the quality of the books. I love the renditions of English language classics as well as Chinese originals like the Bizzy Bear series. All the pull tabs etc are well constructed, the colors and visuals are beautiful and the text is easy to read.
This will be my go to for Mandarin books in the future!
